Happy Valentine's Day

I made dinner last year on Valentine's Day, but since it is on Sunday this year, Mike is cooking. Since it is also Chinese New Year, he is making a Chinese inspired dish that was in the Houston Chronicle last Wednesday, Sesame Salmon with Bok Choy. No photos yet...

I saw your comment on Houston Press regarding your tomatoes. Since you have loads of blooms I feel it would be safe to say they are in plenty of sun. To help pollination of your blooms, thump your blossoms. Yes that's right thump them just like you would... I'd like to say flick a booger but I don't know you and don't want to offend you.

I farm and pollination has truly been a problem for me in the last few years with the decline of bees. Also consider planting cosmos and marigolds with your tomatoes to deter pests and invite bees.
