The quilt top is done! Putting on the borders took longer than I expected, and I also had to piece the backing (it is the striped fabric peeking out from behind). We are off to the quilter today...yippee!
Pam your quilt is just wonderful. I love the border, it just pulls the whole thing together. You did and excellent job in choosing the fabrics. I think that is the most fun part of the quilting process. What a treasure to give your daughter and her husband. Love, Nancy
This is too cool. I can see your sewing, your food and your political opinions all at the same time. But come to think of it, that's how it's been for the last 41 years ( Oh Yeah! Do the math!)
